Service Room full course dinner:
Reindeer Stew:
Reindeer meat, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, water, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper, garnishes with lingonberries and fresh herbs.
Salmon Soup:
Salmon, onion, potatoes, leek, celery, garlic, double cream, butter, garnishes with fresh fennel.
Goulash (vegetarian):
Tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, red lentils, onion, garlic, olive oil, sweet Paprika, bay leaves, cayenne powder, caraway seeds, pepper, salt, water garnishes with sour cream and fresh herbs.
Complimentary Add ons: Extra bread, Coffee or tea.
All menus are served with; bread, dessert, fresh water and non alcoholic drinks.
Service room dinner can be booked from: 18.00 to 21.00
